The Collective Web provides managed web services including but not limited to:
- Domain registration and management
- Web hosting services
- Website design and development
- E-commerce solutions
- SEO and AEO optimization
- Website maintenance and support
3. Service Packages
Our service packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are subject to the following conditions:
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change
- Domain and hosting fees are billed annually
- Development projects require upfront payment as per agreement
- Support periods are as specified in each package
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per the agreed schedule
- For development projects, typically 50% advance and 50% on completion
- Annual services are billed at the start of each period
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
Client Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for providing our services.
Our Work
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality services but make no guarantees regarding:
- Search engine rankings or traffic results
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific business outcomes
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Collective Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Collective Web from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
- Immediately for material breach of these terms
- Immediately for non-payment
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your services.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of services.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
